We can assist with the following: denied refunds for product returns, cancelled/delayed flight cancellation claims, defective product claims, misrepresentation, and breach of contract claims.  

Landlord and Tenant Disputes

We can assist you with obtaining a possession order or defending possession proceedings in relation to residential and commercial premises, claims for arrears of rent and for damage to property.

We would be delighted to accompany you on your journey towards achieving justice. We will endeavour to respond to your enquiry within 24 hours. Cases are accepted on either a fixed fee, hourly rate, and where appropriate via a ‘no win, no fee’ agreement. Home visits are available, subject to geographical restrictions, and remote meetings may be held. Free initial telephone consultation is available.
